Historic Hotel Renovation in Downtown Stephenville

Julianne's was given the special honor of assisting in bringing the 1938 "Long Street Hotel", located in downtown Stephenville, back to life by co-general contracting and overseeing the design of this extensive remodel. This historic building was designed by architect Wyatt C. Hedrick, who was also the architect of The Baker Hotel in Mineral Wells and T&P Station in Fort Worth. Mr. Hedrick was known for his eye for Art Deco architecture, and our team wished to pay homage to his style when executing this re-design. After the addition of a fourth level and complete remodel, "The Wyatt" is now home to 15 luxury apartments and a first floor space for restaurants and retail.
