The Artisan Hideaway is a thoughtfully designed home that blends natural textures, warm wood tones, and soft neutral finishes to create a welcoming and refined living environment. Layered materials and handcrafted details add depth and character throughout the space, highlighting a balance between timeless design and modern comfort. Each room was curated with both functionality and beauty in mind, creating a cohesive atmosphere that feels warm, inviting, and effortlessly elevated.

Midnight Mosaic Powder Room

This powder room makes a bold statement with dramatic geometric wallpaper that instantly draws the eye and gives the space a striking sense of movement. Dark trim and a sleek black mirror frame the design, while warm brass fixtures introduce contrast and a refined touch.
A compact wood vanity with a marble countertop keeps the space functional while maintaining a clean, contemporary aesthetic. The wall-mounted brass faucet and minimal hardware enhance the modern feel while allowing the pattern and textures in the room to take center stage.
Above, sculptural pendant lighting adds warmth and dimension, casting a soft glow that highlights the layered finishes throughout the space. The result is a stylish powder bath that feels both elevated and inviting, blending bold design with thoughtful details.

Julianne's had the honor of reworking this family's home to make it more functional and optimize the floor plan and storage. By opening up the wall between the kitchen and dining, we were able to create an open concept - perfect for entertaining and family time. We enjoyed giving this family an updated kitchen and a stylish place to store and display glassware and spirits that reflected their colorful and eclectic style!

Julianne's was given the honor to assist in the design and selections of this Erath County new build. Julianne's procured many materials used to customize this home such as tile, lighting, and hardware, and helped furnish this family home once completed (Pictures to come!). Many hard working materials were chosen for this home that will withstand daily use and ranch life such as wood-look tile floor. This home is truly one-of-a-kind, and we are proud of the final result.

Julianne's was given the opportunity to update this family home with a traditional western style! We built a wood burning stone fireplace, updated every surface in this family room, and added custom cabinetry.

Main Entrance to The Wyatt

Julianne's was given the special honor of assisting in bringing the 1938 "Long Street Hotel", located in downtown Stephenville, back to life by co-general contracting and overseeing the design of this extensive remodel. This historic building was designed by architect Wyatt C. Hedrick, who was also the architect of The Baker Hotel in Mineral Wells and T&P Station in Fort Worth. Mr. Hedrick was known for his eye for Art Deco architecture, and our team wished to pay homage to his style when executing this re-design. After the addition of a fourth level and complete remodel, "The Wyatt" is now home to 15 luxury apartments and a first floor space for restaurants and retail.

Julianne's was given the opportunity to assist in designing and executing this new build with farmhouse and equestrian flair. This homeowner loves a pop of color and pattern, as shown in the bold kitchen island and vent hood, wallpaper selections, and statement tile used in the mudroom.
