Main Entrance to The Wyatt

Julianne's was given the special honor of assisting in bringing the 1938 "Long Street Hotel", located in downtown Stephenville, back to life by co-general contracting and overseeing the design of this extensive remodel. This historic building was designed by architect Wyatt C. Hedrick, who was also the architect of The Baker Hotel in Mineral Wells and T&P Station in Fort Worth. Mr. Hedrick was known for his eye for Art Deco architecture, and our team wished to pay homage to his style when executing this re-design. After the addition of a fourth level and complete remodel, "The Wyatt" is now home to 15 luxury apartments and a first floor space for restaurants and retail.

Julianne's was given the opportunity to assist in the design and execution of a wonderful Stephenville family's home remodel. Working alongside the family's contractor, our team guided the homeowner in selections and provided materials such as tile, light fixtures, hardware, cabinets, and countertops. We are thrilled with the outcome, as are the homeowners who describe their new kitchen as being like "Tiramisu"! Thank you to this wonderful family for being such a pleasure to work with.

Julianne's was given the opportunity to assist in designing and executing this new build with farmhouse and equestrian flair. This homeowner loves a pop of color and pattern, as shown in the bold kitchen island and vent hood, wallpaper selections, and statement tile used in the mudroom.

Julianne's had the honor of reworking this family's home to make it more functional and optimize the floor plan and storage. By opening up the wall between the kitchen and dining, we were able to create an open concept - perfect for entertaining and family time. We enjoyed giving this family an updated kitchen and a stylish place to store and display glassware and spirits that reflected their colorful and eclectic style!

Julianne's was given the opportunity to update this family home with a traditional western style! We built a wood burning stone fireplace, updated every surface in this family room, and added custom cabinetry.

Imaging Center: Now Offering...Style (and mammograms)

Julianne's was brought in to this project to help this mammogram imaging room feel less like a healthcare setting and more like a home. We provided the design and procured tile, hardware, lighting, paint, and stain selections to give this space warmth and a designer look.

Julianne's was given the honor to assist in the design and selections of this Erath County new build. Julianne's procured many materials used to customize this home such as tile, lighting, and hardware, and helped furnish this family home once completed (Pictures to come!). Many hard working materials were chosen for this home that will withstand daily use and ranch life such as wood-look tile floor. This home is truly one-of-a-kind, and we are proud of the final result.

We enjoyed having the opportunity to take this kitchen from dark and dated to modern, chic, and fabulous! Using the original footprint of this large kitchen was a way to save on the budget of this project. We refaced existing cabinets, moved the upper cabinets to the ceiling, replaced some cabinetry with open shelving, and added the showpiece-glass cabinetry! Updating paint and lighting in this kitchen also gave an updated, bright look. In addition to the kitchen, we had the opportunity to update the living room bar cabinet. We added a herringbone antique mirror tile backsplash, and updated all door fronts and hardware.
